The Coldture Classic bundle pairs a 400-liter inflatable tub with the Chiller Pro, which Coldture says holds 37°F to 104°F from a standard outlet. It was $3,499 on sale against a printed $3,999, and the tub alone is $999 with no chiller. The catch is a 15% restocking fee and a 1-year warranty that depends on 30-day filter changes and the app.
A return costs a 15% restocking fee, and the 1-year warranty is void if you miss a filter change or lose the app connection.

Sale price. On Oct 24, 2026, Coldture's US page, with its region set to United States (USD), showed the Classic + Chiller Pro bundle at $3,499. The printed regular price was $3,999, and the page marked it "Save $500" in its Halloween sale. The site banner says the sale ends Oct 30. Coldture's store listing for the bundle still showed $3,999, so confirm the total at checkout. The tub alone is $999 and the PRO Water Chiller alone is $3,499, so the $999 tub price has no chiller in it. A separate VIP Classic + Chiller Pro bundle is $4,499 and adds a care kit. The page also offers a $1,999 plunge price with any sauna in the cart, which isn't deducted. The sale bundle comes with a free maintenance kit, a 3-pack of filters, a dry mat and hose sleeves, which Coldture values at $474. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the price is before tax.

| Exact variant | Classic tub with Chiller Pro bundle (400 liters) |
|---|---|
| Lowest stated temperature | 37°F (3°C) with the Chiller Pro. Coldture's spec table gives a 37–104°F range because the chiller also heats |
| Water capacity | 400 liters (about 106 US gallons), for one or two people |
| Tub size and weight | 160 by 75 by 67 cm (63 by 29.5 by 26.3 in). Empty and filled weight not stated by the manufacturer |
| Chiller Pro | 61.5 by 33.4 by 48.2 cm (24.2 by 13.1 by 18.9 in), 30 kg (66.1 lb) dry. Cooling capacity 2,490 W, heating capacity 3,300 W |
| Electrical | 120 V (rated 110–120 V), 8 A, standard 15 A outlet. Average power draw 850 W. The FAQ recommends a dedicated circuit |
| Filtration and sanitation | Continuous circulation through a 20-micron filter changed every 30 days. Coldture's bundle and Chiller Pro pages say filtration and ozone cycle the water every 15 minutes, while the Chiller Pro spec table lists only filtration. Chemicals are sold separately |
| Insulation and cover | Insulated walls and an insulated cover are included. No insulation rating or temperature-hold time is given |
| Indoor or outdoor | Indoors or outdoors down to 14°F (-10°C). The warranty is void if the chiller is left off below freezing |

| In the sale bundle | Tub, Chiller Pro, insulated cover and hand pump, plus a free maintenance kit, 3-pack of 20-micron filters, dry mat and hose sleeves |
| Dimensions | Coldture lists the Classic tub at 160 cm long, 75 cm wide and 67 cm high (63 by 29.5 by 26.3 in). That's about the size of a bathtub. It holds 400 liters (about 106 US gallons) and fits one or two people. The Chiller Pro is a separate box, 61.5 by 33.4 by 48.2 cm (24.2 by 13.1 by 18.9 in). It weighs 30 kg (66.1 lb) dry and 35 kg (77.1 lb) packaged. Coldture doesn't give the tub's empty weight or its filled weight. The water alone is 400 kg, or about 880 lb, at 1 kg a liter. |
| Materials | Coldture describes the tub as an inflatable made of reinforced 4-inch PVC drop-stitch material, with insulated walls and an insulated cover included. The page gives no insulation rating or hold time. The Chiller Pro is built by Coldture and has continuous internal filtration. Coldture's VIP Classic + Chiller Pro page calls the same Classic tub rotomolded, which conflicts with the inflatable description on the bundle page. |
The Chiller Pro plugs into a standard household outlet, and Coldture says no special electrical work is needed. The features list says 110–120 V at 13 A. The spec table says 120 V at 8 A on a standard 15 A outlet. Coldture's FAQ recommends a dedicated circuit and GFCI protection for outdoor outlets. Electrical installation is never included in its prices. Coldture says the included hand pump inflates the tub in minutes, and the tub has a hose connection for draining. It's designed for indoor or outdoor use down to 14°F (-10°C). Coldture's policy says curbside delivery is available only in Canada, while white glove delivery covers both countries. White glove places the box on the ground floor and removes the packing, but it doesn't include assembly. The policy doesn't say which method applies to this bundle or what it costs in the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the bundle page says it ships Nov 10.
One year on the tub and one year on the Chiller Pro, per Coldture's portable units warranty. Coverage starts at delivery for the original residential buyer. It covers the housing, pumps, chiller parts, heaters, sensors, controls, plumbing leaks and the filtration system against defects. Coldture pays standard ground shipping on approved replacement parts but not labor. The warranty is void if the unit isn't connected to the Coldture app or its firmware isn't kept current. It's also void if filters aren't Coldture's or aren't changed at least every 30 days. Water chemistry has to stay within Coldture's protocols. Leaving the chiller off below freezing, or pairing it with a tub Coldture didn't make without approval, also voids it. A chiller claim has to ship in the original box. Coldture's VIP page says 3 years on the tub, which conflicts with the 1 year on the bundle page. The Chiller Pro page says the warranty can be extended.
30 days from delivery, with a 15% restocking fee, per Coldture's shipping and return policy. That's about $525 at the $3,499 sale price. The policy says Coldture covers return shipping when the product is unused, unopened and in original condition, and it may send a prepaid label. The refund policy page leaves that out and says administrative fees can also come off the refund. It doesn't state the fee amount. The chiller has to go back in its original box, and a replacement box costs extra. Refunds arrive within 30 business days after Coldture inspects the return. Cancellation is free until the earlier of 24 hours after you order or shipment. Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos. A defect or wrong item must be reported within 15 days. The restocking fee doesn't apply to verified defects.
The Coldture Classic is a 400-liter inflatable tub with an insulated cover. The bundle adds Coldture's Chiller Pro, which Coldture says holds 37°F to 104°F from a standard outlet. On Oct 24, 2026 the bundle was on a Halloween sale at $3,499 against a printed regular price of $3,999. The tub alone is $999 and has no chiller. Coldture covers the tub and chiller for 1 year. The warranty is void if you skip a filter change every 30 days or lose the app connection. A return costs a 15% restocking fee. Coldture doesn't publish the tub's empty or filled weight.
