Corrections: how to report a mistake and how we fix it

Prices, models and warranty terms change often, and we sometimes get things wrong. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll check it against the source.

In short. Every fact on a review names its source and the date it was checked, so a correction starts with that source. If we can’t confirm a fact, we mark it unknown instead of guessing.

How to report an error

Email us at the address on our contact page. Name the page or product, say what you think is wrong and, if you can, include a link to a source that shows the right figure.

How we check it

We compare your report with the source the page cites and with any newer page from the brand, certifier or regulator. If the new figure holds up, we change it and cite the new source. If neither source settles it, the page lists the fact as unknown.

How corrections appear

We fix the page and update the date it shows. If a correction changes a pick or a verdict, the corrected text says what changed, for example that a price went up or a warranty got shorter.
