Dimensions	The tempered glass platform measures 12.8 x 12.8 x 1.1 in (325 x 325 x 25.6 mm), per Withings' product page. The FDA's 510(k) summary lists the cleared device at 372 x 446 x 45 mm and 4.4 kg, without saying what that figure includes. Installation	No installation. You set it up in the Withings app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and it can't be set up from a computer. A wall handle mount and a cable stopper come in the box. In the US, the ECG function needs its own activation. You give your state and a US phone number, and a cardiologist reviews your first ECG at no added cost.	No installation. Put the scale on a hard, flat floor, since Wyze says carpet affects calibration. Pair it in the Wyze app over Bluetooth, then enter your year of birth, height and other details. Stand on it with bare feet. Four AAA batteries are included.

Returns	30 days from receipt, per Withings' refund policy. One clause counts the 30 days from receipt and another from the purchase date. You start the return from your Withings account, print the label and send back the product with all its original items. The product page says free shipping and returns, but the policy says you pay return shipping after a withdrawal, so check the label cost first. Refunds go to the original payment method.	30 days from the purchase date, only for scales bought on wyze.com or in the Wyze app. You start the return in Wyze's return portal and Wyze sends a prepaid label.
