Choose ifAn adult in a served state who wants to pick a panel size, pay per order and keep clinician-reviewed results in one place. An adult outside Hawaii and New York who won't visit a lab and wants to retest a focused panel every one to six months.
Main trade-offThe membership includes no tests, Labcorp's member price for Core is more than double Quest's, and refunds end once your labs have run. Each kit tests one small panel, and SiPhox won't refund a billing period once its kit ships.
Key specifications
  • Membership: $99 a year or $9 a month, with no tests included. Mito says it gives you member prices equal to its cost, plus an action plan, tracking and an AI chat (Mito Concierge) with escalation to the care team. It auto-renews at the then-current rate until you cancel
  • Panel prices at Quest: Member / non-member: Essential $89.60 / $125.49, Core $197.59 / $276.75, Pro $323.88 / $453.57, Ultra $1,341.45 / $1,849.03. A draw fee is added at checkout
  • Panel prices at Labcorp and in NY and NJ: Labcorp, member / non-member: Essential $202.24 / $283.18, Core $414.96 / $581.09, Pro $586.54 / $821.32. In NY and NJ the lab is BioReference: Essential $209.42 / $293.26, Core $463.61 / $649.21, Pro $714.19 / $1,000.02. Ultra is listed at Quest only
  • Draw fee: Charged per lab visit, not per test: Quest $15, Labcorp $11.50, BioReference $9.50. Splitting tests across labs adds a fee for each visit. Scans and at-home kits have no draw fee
  • Biomarkers: Essential 118, Core 138, Pro 166 and Ultra 181, each panel building on the one before (Mito's FAQ and home page). The product pages list 117, 139, 167 and 182. Core adds Lp(a), fasting insulin, free T3 and T4 and iron studies to Essential. Pro adds heavy metals, an advanced cholesterol particle panel and cystatin C. Ultra adds Galleri and an at-home gut test
  • Sample collection: One blood and urine visit per panel at a partner lab, with 3,300+ locations listed on the product pages (1,900+ for Ultra). A licensed phlebotomist can draw at home for a flat $99. Mito recommends fasting, 9 to 12 hours on most panels and 10 to 12 for Core. It suggests testing at least yearly, with mid-year or targeted retests bought separately
  • Turnaround: Mito's pages give several timings: the home page says standard panels return in 1 to 2 business days, the FAQ says 7 to 10 days after the lab visit, and the Essential, Core and Ultra pages say most come within 3 days. A clinician review follows. How it works says under a week, and the FAQ says about 2 weeks after your first results
  • Clinician review: Mito says a clinician reviews every result before the analysis and action plan are final, and that its clinicians are salaried. A 1:1 video consult is $39 for members and $99 for non-members per 30 minutes. Panels don't include one. Mito calls the consult health education, not medical advice
  • Eligibility: Adults 18 and older in every state and DC, though Hawaii and Rhode Island have no lab testing and residents use a lab in a neighboring state. New York and New Jersey use BioReference. Ultra isn't offered in AZ, HI, NJ, NY or RI. Mito asks you to contact it before testing if you're pregnant
  • Laboratories: Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp and BioReference Labs. Mito says all tests are processed by CLIA-certified labs, and its footer reads "CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited" for lab testing by partner labs. Its terms say some tests may be lab-developed tests that the FDA hasn't cleared or approved
  • Add-ons and payment: Galleri costs $636.12 for members and $890.57 for non-members, and Ultra includes it. A coronary artery calcium scan is $249 for members and $348.60 for non-members. Mito doesn't accept insurance at this time and offers Flex checkout
  • Included panels: One of four at no extra cost: Longevity Essentials, Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus or Heart & Metabolic. You can switch panels anytime
  • Biomarkers: 25 per test on Longevity Essentials, which SiPhox says can be upgraded to up to 62
  • Cadence and price: Monthly, quarterly or every 6 months. $124 per kit to start, plus shipping and handling, with no monthly fees
  • Sample collection: EasyDraw kit on the upper arm at home, about 5 minutes with 1:1 live support. Fasting 8–12 hours is strongly recommended
  • Lab and turnaround: Samples are picked up the same day and go to a lab SiPhox calls CLIA-certified. SiPhox also shows a CAP badge. Results in 7–10 days. SiPhox doesn't name the lab
  • Upgrades and add-ons: Ultimate 360 shows as +$125 and the GLP Optimization Panel as +$75, swapped in for an included panel. On Longevity Essentials, IGF-1 shows as +$70. SiPhox doesn't say whether these charges apply to every kit
  • Eligibility: Adults 18 and older. Not yet offered in Hawaii or New York
  • Payment: SiPhox doesn't accept insurance
Exact variantMembership at $99 a year or $9 a month, with no tests included. Panels such as Essential, Core, Pro and Ultra are bought separately at member prices, plus a draw feeMembership with one included panel (Longevity Essentials, Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus or Heart & Metabolic), self-collected at home with the EasyDraw upper-arm kit. Kits are billed one at a time from $124 each
DimensionsNo physical product. It's a testing marketplace with a membership.SiPhox doesn't give the EasyDraw kit's size or weight.
InstallationNo installation. You book a lab visit at a partner lab (Quest, Labcorp or BioReference) from your Mito dashboard. Mito also offers an at-home blood draw by a licensed phlebotomist for a flat $99, available in most US states and checked by ZIP code. The FAQ says Mito usually replies within 4 business days.No installation. You collect the sample yourself from your upper arm with the EasyDraw kit. SiPhox says it takes about 5 minutes, with 1:1 live support, and uses no vein draw or fingerprick. The help center strongly recommends fasting 8–12 hours and testing within 30 minutes of waking. Samples are picked up the same day for processing at a CLIA-certified lab.
MaterialsNot applicable. Mito runs as a web app at members.mitohealth.com rather than a downloadable app. It holds your results, an AI chat (Mito Concierge) and a health vault for labs you upload.SiPhox doesn't name the device inside the EasyDraw kit or say how it draws blood.
WarrantyNo warranty, since the terms provide the services as is and as available. Mito says it doesn't guarantee the quality or outcome of provider services, and lab results may be incomplete or inaccurate. If a sample has a problem, such as too little blood, the FAQ says Mito schedules a follow-up lab visit at no additional cost.No product warranty. The terms provide the service "as is" and "as available", and cap SiPhox's total liability at $100. SiPhox says it makes commercially reasonable efforts to analyze every biomarker in your panel. If results come back incomplete, it decides whether to send a replacement kit or give credit, and it may give neither. EasyDraw kits expire 6 months after delivery, and expired kits can't be registered or replaced.
ReturnsA full refund within 7 days of purchase if your labs haven't been run and the lab hasn't received your sample. After day 7, refunds aren't standard. The care team reviews each request, and an approved refund has an 8% fee deducted. Once your labs have run or the lab has your kit sample, the order can't be refunded. The terms give each membership charge, including monthly and annual renewals, its own 7-day window counted from the charge date. Membership auto-renews at the then-current rate until you cancel, and the FAQ says to cancel by emailing help@mitohealth.com. If a lab rejects a sample, Mito offers a one-time recollection or account credit at its discretion, and credits expire after one year. Results that differ from what you hoped for don't qualify for a refund. Scans, supplements and prescription subscriptions have separate rules.SiPhox doesn't refund a billing period once its kit has shipped, and it doesn't take kits back. The refund policy says monthly panel payments are collected at the start of each billing period and aren't refundable. You can cancel under My Account in the portal or through support. To stop a pending shipment, email support before the kit is dispatched. Your benefits run to the end of the paid period, and you can move your next shipment date in the portal.
Unresolved questions
  • Which clinician reviews each result, and where that clinician is licensed
  • When the clinician review finishes: under a week (How it works) or about 2 weeks after first results (FAQ)
  • Whether the labs-not-run condition also limits a refund of a membership charge
  • Whether the partner labs' CLIA and CAP status matches CMS or CAP listings (not checked)
  • Prices for the other 1,000+ tests, scans and kits in the marketplace
  • Which ZIP codes the $99 at-home draw serves
  • Whether any FDA, FTC or state regulator action exists. Web searches on Oct 24, 2026 found none naming Mito Health, but the agencies' own databases weren't checked
  • Whether every kit costs $124, or only the first
  • The shipping and handling charge
  • Biomarker counts for Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus and Heart & Metabolic
  • Which lab runs the tests. SiPhox doesn't name it
  • What device the EasyDraw kit uses, and whether it's FDA-cleared
  • How upper-arm results compare with standard lab draws. SiPhox doesn't say
  • Whether your kit is the upper-arm EasyDraw or a fingerstick. SiPhox's terms and its Longevity Essentials page both mention finger pricks
