At-home upper-arm blood kits for one focused panel, monthly to twice a year

The verdict

SiPhox mails a kit for collecting blood from your upper arm at home, and you test one of four focused panels as often as monthly. It's $124 to start plus shipping, and results take 7–10 days. The catch is panel size: Longevity Essentials covers 25 markers, and upgrades that reach up to 62 cost extra.

The trade-off

Each kit tests one small panel, and SiPhox won't refund a billing period once its kit ships.

About this price

SiPhox's homepage shows "Start testing $124" with "+ Shipping & handling" under the button. It also says "No monthly fees". The pricing page shows no base price, and SiPhox doesn't publish the shipping charge. The terms bill you at the start of a subscription and at regular intervals after that. The refund policy and help center tie each billing period to a kit shipment. So $124 reads as the price of one kit with an included panel, but SiPhox doesn't say later kits cost the same. A SiPhox article dated November 13, 2025 gives older figures: membership "starts at just $125" and Ultimate 360 costs $100 more. The pricing page now shows +$125 for Ultimate 360 and +$75 for the GLP Optimization Panel. No sale or strikethrough price was shown.

A GOOD FIT FOR

An adult outside Hawaii and New York who won't visit a lab and wants to retest a focused panel every one to six months.

  • You won't visit a lab and want to collect blood at home in about 5 minutes
  • You want to retest one focused panel as often as monthly or as rarely as every 6 months
  • You want to move between thyroid, hormone, heart and longevity panels over time
  • You plan to pay with HSA or FSA funds

THINK TWICE IF

  • You live in Hawaii or New York, where SiPhox doesn't offer service yet
  • You're under 18
  • You need insurance to pay
  • You want a diagnosis, since SiPhox calls itself a wellness-only service
  • You want a broad panel from one draw, since Longevity Essentials covers 25 markers and upgrades top out at 62
What still needs checking
  • Whether every kit costs $124, or only the first
  • The shipping and handling charge
  • Biomarker counts for Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus and Heart & Metabolic
  • Which lab runs the tests, so its CLIA and CAP status can't be checked against CMS or CAP listings
  • What device the EasyDraw kit uses, and whether it's FDA-cleared
  • How upper-arm results compare with standard lab draws, since the FAQ asks "Is the SiPhox at-home test kit equivalent to standard labs?" but shows no answer
  • How long a kit lasts before it expires
  • Whether some kits use a fingerstick, which the Longevity Essentials page also describes

Before you buy

InstallationNo installation

No installation. You collect the sample yourself from your upper arm with the EasyDraw kit. SiPhox says it takes about 5 minutes, with 1:1 live support, and uses no vein draw or fingerprick. The help center strongly recommends fasting 8–12 hours and testing within 30 minutes of waking. Kits ship within 3 days, and samples are picked up the same day for processing at a CLIA-certified lab.

WarrantyNo product warranty

No product warranty. The terms provide the service "as is" and "as available", and cap SiPhox's total liability at $100. SiPhox says it makes commercially reasonable efforts to analyze every biomarker in your panel. If results come back incomplete, it decides whether to send a replacement kit or give credit, and it may give neither. Expired kits can't be registered or replaced.

ReturnsSiPhox doesn't refund a billing period once its kit has shipped, and it doesn't take kits…

SiPhox doesn't refund a billing period once its kit has shipped, and it doesn't take kits back. The refund policy says monthly panel payments are collected at the start of each billing period and aren't refundable. You can cancel under My Account in the portal or through support. To stop a pending shipment, email support before the kit is dispatched. Your benefits run to the end of the paid period, and you can move your next shipment date in the portal.

More about this assessment

SiPhox Health mails you an EasyDraw kit for collecting blood from your upper arm at home. You pick one of four included panels and can test monthly, quarterly or every 6 months. It's $124 to start, plus shipping and handling, and at $124 a kit, testing every 6 months comes to $248 a year. SiPhox says samples go to a CLIA-certified lab, with results in 7–10 days. The catch is panel size: Longevity Essentials covers 25 biomarkers, and upgrades cost extra. Once a kit ships, that billing period can't be refunded.

Strengths on paper

  • $124 to start, with no monthly fees
  • At-home upper-arm collection that SiPhox says takes about 5 minutes and needs no vein draw or fingerprick
  • Four focused panels at no extra cost, and you can switch between them
  • Results in 7–10 days from a CLIA-certified lab, per SiPhox
  • You can cancel, or move a shipment date, any time before a kit ships
  • HSA/FSA eligible

Limitations

  • Shipping and handling cost extra, and SiPhox doesn't say how much
  • Longevity Essentials covers 25 biomarkers, and going beyond that costs extra
  • No refund for a billing period once its kit ships, and kits can't be returned
  • Incomplete results don't automatically earn a replacement kit, credit or refund
  • Monthly testing at $124 a kit comes to $1,488 a year before shipping
  • SiPhox doesn't name its lab or the device in the EasyDraw kit

Replacement parts & cost assumptions

Recorded recurring parts and refills:

  • EasyDraw kit with one included panel: $124 every 6 months. $124 is the homepage's price to start testing, before shipping and handling. Every 6 months is the slowest cadence SiPhox offers, and you can also test quarterly or monthly. Upgrades and add-ons cost extra.
  • SiPhox says there are no monthly fees, so there's no separate membership charge. You pay per kit, so the upfront purchase is $0 and the kits count as consumables.
  • The yearly figure assumes the slowest cadence, one kit every 6 months. That's 2 × $124 = $248 a year, or $744 over three years before tax and shipping.
  • Testing more often costs more. Quarterly kits come to $496 a year, and monthly kits to $1,488 a year.
  • This assumes every kit costs $124. SiPhox shows $124 only as the price to start testing, and its terms let it change fees.
  • Shipping and handling, upgrade panels and add-ons are left out. The upgrades show as +$75 or +$125. The CBC and IGF-1 add-ons show as +$45 and +$70. SiPhox doesn't say whether those charges repeat with every kit.
  • The kit uses no power, so power draw and daily hours are 0.

Evidence & sources.

Are longevity blood tests and biological-age clocks worth it? Our evidence review grades the research as Not supported. That grade is about the claim, not about this product.

  • Manufacturer claimPrice, panels, cadence, collection method, turnaround and lab claims all come from SiPhox's own pages.138 Not independently verified. The pricing page says samples go to a CLIA-certified lab and shows CLIA Certified and CAP Accredited badges, as does the FAQ. SiPhox doesn't name the lab, so its status wasn't checked against CMS or CAP listings.
  • Manufacturer claimSiPhox says it "is a wellness-only service and is not designed to diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease." Its terms say it isn't a health care provider and doesn't provide clinical services, lab review services or clinical laboratory services. They make one exception. Heart and Metabolic Program members seeking medication management get clinical and lab review services from Beluga Health, P.A. of Florida, an independent provider group. SiPhox contracts with independent clinical labs, and says mail-in testing is fulfilled by third parties in compliance with laboratory-developed test regulations.236 The terms (last updated June 15, 2026) also say some users can connect by text to Beluga, which may review their questionnaire and test results. Using Beluga creates a relationship with Beluga, not SiPhox. The terms say their statements and recommendations haven't been evaluated by the FDA. The pages checked don't mention FDA clearance for the tests or the EasyDraw kit.
  • Published studyA Cochrane review of randomized trials found that general health checks in adults had little or no effect on total mortality (RR 1.00, 95% CI 0.97 to 1.03; 11 trials, 233,298 participants; high certainty). They also had little or no effect on cancer mortality (RR 1.01, 0.92 to 1.12; 8 trials, 139,290 participants; high certainty). Their effect on cardiovascular mortality was probably little or none (RR 1.05, 0.94 to 1.16; 9 trials, 170,227 participants; moderate certainty).15 The authors concluded that general health checks are unlikely to be beneficial. These trials tested health checks in general, not SiPhox's panels or at-home collection.
