The verdict

Superpower's $349-a-year membership covers a 100+ biomarker baseline draw and a smaller retest later in the year. Draws happen at partner labs, and results go to an app with an on-demand care team. At-home draws cost $119 extra, add-on tests cost more, and the fee is $599 in New York and New Jersey.

The trade-off

The retest covers fewer markers, the plan auto-renews at the then-current rate, and the fee is refundable only in a one-time window that closes 7 days after first results or 45 days after joining, whichever comes first.

About this price

This is the yearly list price on Superpower's homepage, before tax. Superpower says pricing may vary in New York and New Jersey. Its Superpower vs SiPhox Health page gives $599 a year there because of state fees. That page also showed a limited-time $199-a-year offer, which is a sale price and isn't used here. At-home draws ($119 extra) and add-on diagnostics aren't included.

A GOOD FIT FOR

An adult in a served state who can reach a partner lab and wants two broad blood panels a year, tracked in one app.

  • You're 18 or older, live in a served state and can get to a partner lab draw site
  • You want a broad baseline blood panel and one follow-up retest each year, tracked in one app
  • You plan to use HSA or FSA funds (Superpower says the membership is HSA/FSA eligible and provides itemized receipts for reimbursement)

THINK TWICE IF

  • Anyone in the nine states Superpower's FAQ lists as not yet served: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Wyoming (the homepage's state list differs, so check availability)
  • Anyone who needs insurance to pay, since Superpower doesn't accept health insurance
  • Anyone looking for a primary care replacement or urgent care (Superpower says the membership complements a primary care doctor and isn't for emergencies)
  • Anyone who wants every baseline marker repeated, since the retest panel is smaller
What still needs checking
  • Exact baseline and retest marker lists in your state (Superpower says included biomarkers vary by state)
  • Which states are served. The FAQ excludes nine, but the homepage's list of live states includes Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Rhode Island and leaves out Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, Vermont and West Virginia
  • Whether the $119 at-home fee applies to each draw
  • Member prices for add-on diagnostics
  • Whether access continues after you cancel. The homepage FAQ says the membership stays active through the end of the paid year, but the Membership Agreement says cancelling immediately ends concierge, marketplace and clinical access
  • Which refund terms apply in practice. The FAQ says no refunds, but the Membership Agreement dated September 15, 2026 describes a one-time Satisfaction Refund
  • Fasting and preparation requirements for each draw
  • Whether the labs' CLIA and CAP status matches CMS or CAP listings (not checked)

The practical details.

ReturnsThe Membership Agreement (effective September 15, 2026) offers a one-time Satisfaction…

The Membership Agreement (effective September 15, 2026) offers a one-time Satisfaction Refund of 100% of the base membership fee for your initial term. The deadline to ask is 7 days after your results are delivered or 45 days after your start date, whichever comes first. It doesn't apply to renewals. It also doesn't apply to memberships obtained through an employer or as a gift, unless that channel's terms say otherwise. Apart from that refund, membership fees are non-refundable, and cancelling doesn't by itself earn one. Lab tests bought outside the membership can be refunded only if cancelled within 30 days of payment. Five specialty panels, including the Galleri test, are non-refundable. Imaging and functional testing must be cancelled within 60 days of payment and more than five business days before the appointment. Prescription products aren't refundable. Under the agreement, cancelling takes effect immediately. It ends concierge, marketplace and clinical access, though you keep read-only access to your data. The FAQ still says Superpower doesn't offer refunds. Its one exception is a refund before the first lab test if HSA/FSA reimbursement is declined.

More about this assessment

Superpower is a $349-a-year membership that includes two blood tests. The baseline panel covers 100+ biomarkers, and a retest later in the year covers 50+. Blood is drawn at one of 2,000+ partner lab locations, or at home for $119 extra. Results take about a week and go to an app with a biological age estimate and an on-demand care team. Add-on tests cost extra, and the fee is $599 a year in New York and New Jersey. Superpower's FAQ says it isn't offered in nine states, though its homepage list of live states differs.

Strengths on paper

  • $349 a year covers two blood draws that Superpower counts as 150+ biomarkers
  • Draws at 2,000+ partner lab locations are included, with an at-home option
  • Results in about a week, with a biological age estimate and 17 health scores in the app
  • A care team that includes licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, with concierge replies within 1 business day
  • No cancellation fee, and a one-time Satisfaction Refund window in the first membership term

Limitations

  • At-home draws ($119) and add-on tests such as gut, toxin and Galleri cancer screening cost extra
  • The retest covers 50+ biomarkers, fewer than the 100+ baseline panel
  • Auto-renews at the then-current non-promotional rate, and fees can change at renewal
  • Costs $599 a year in New York and New Jersey
  • Superpower says some tests are laboratory-developed tests that aren't cleared or approved by the FDA
  • Superpower's own pages disagree on marker counts: 100+, 101, 87 or roughly 90 at baseline, and 50+ or about 60 at retest

Purchase + installation + years × (annual consumables + annual other) + watts/1000 × hours/day × 365 × years × $/kWh. Annualized allowances, not an exact replacement schedule. Excludes taxes, shipping, finance and resale unless entered.
Replacement parts & cost assumptions

No scheduled consumable is listed. That does not mean zero maintenance or repair costs.

  • There's no hardware, so the upfront purchase is $0 and the $349 list fee counts as a yearly membership cost. Over three years that's 3 × $349 = $1,047 before tax.
  • This assumes you renew at $349. The Membership Agreement says renewal is at the then-current non-promotional rate, and Superpower may change fees from the next renewal term.
  • Superpower says members in New York and New Jersey pay $599 a year. That's $1,797 over three years.
  • Partner-lab draws are part of the membership, so the $119 at-home draw fee is left out. The page doesn't say whether the fee is per draw. If you took both yearly draws at home and paid it each time, add $238 a year.
  • Add-on diagnostics, supplements, prescriptions and missed at-home appointment fees are left out. The pages checked didn't publish their prices.
  • A limited-time $199-a-year offer on a Superpower comparison page is a promotional price, so it isn't used.

Evidence & sources.

Are longevity blood tests and biological-age clocks worth it? Our evidence review grades the research as Not supported. That grade is about the claim, not about this product.

  • Manufacturer claimPrice, number of draws, biomarker counts, turnaround and care-team access all come from Superpower's own pages.124 Not independently verified. Superpower's pages don't agree on baseline and retest marker counts.
  • Manufacturer claimSuperpower's biomarker pages describe many assays as performed in CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratories. They label some as laboratory-developed tests validated under CLIA but not cleared or approved by the FDA.5 These are company statements, made biomarker by biomarker, and weren't checked against CMS or CAP listings. The same pages say results aren't a stand-alone diagnosis. Lab accreditation speaks to test quality. It doesn't by itself show that routine broad panels improve health outcomes.
  • Manufacturer claimSuperpower says it isn't a healthcare provider and doesn't give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Medical services come from third-party providers. Superpower doesn't own or operate a laboratory, and lab testing is done by Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics or another third-party laboratory.3 From the Membership Agreement, last updated and effective September 15, 2026. The agreement also says Superpower insiders may have a financial interest in third-party providers.
