InsideTracker's $489 new-customer bundle buys a year of membership and one Ultimate blood test of up to 54 biomarkers, usually drawn at Quest. It's for a US adult who wants one broad panel and plans to retest at $340 a time. The catch is that the renewal price isn't stated, and refunds end once blood is drawn.
Retests push the yearly cost up fast ($829 a year at two single tests), the store doesn't publish the renewal price or biomarker list, and refunds end once testing is done.

This is the new-customer bundle price on InsideTracker's Ultimate page, before tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The page lists the membership at $149, and its page data carries $340 as the Ultimate test's price. The store home page sells members-only Ultimate tests at $340, so $489 is the membership plus one test. The home page also lists the bundle at $489 and says it includes the annual platform fee. The $119 mobile blood draw and add-on tests cost extra. No sale or strikethrough price was shown for the bundle, and the renewal price isn't given. The store home page lists the $149 membership on its own only under "International only".
A GOOD FIT FOR

No installation. Your blood is drawn at a lab, most often a Quest Diagnostics location, and InsideTracker cites thousands of those across the US. For $119 extra, a mobile phlebotomist comes to you at a time and place you choose. The product page says the mobile draw is required in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii and Arizona, and for all residents of Canada. Its FAQ lists only the first four of those states.
InsideTracker doesn't state a warranty. Its terms say the platform doesn't offer medical advice and isn't a diagnosis of disease.
According to InsideTracker's help center, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you haven't used your blood or DNA test. Once a blood sample is drawn or a DNA sample is submitted, no refund is available. Purchases more than 30 days old are typically final. InsideTracker may still issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion or as required by law. Refunds go back to the original credit card within 21 business days after support confirms the conditions. The same article says membership purchases aren't eligible for refunds, but you can cancel a membership at any time through your account, effective for the next annual period. It doesn't say how this applies to the membership part of the bundle.
InsideTracker's $489 new-customer bundle buys a year of membership and one Ultimate blood test, which InsideTracker says looks at up to 54 biomarkers. Blood is drawn after a 12-hour fast, most often at a Quest Diagnostics location, and results arrive within 7 business days. A mobile draw costs $119 more and is required in five states and Canada. Members can retest for $340 a time, and InsideTracker suggests retesting every 3 to 6 months. The catch is that the membership renews every year at a price InsideTracker doesn't state, and refunds end once blood is drawn. A study of InsideTracker subscribers had no control group, and InsideTracker funded it.
