| Choose if | An adult in a served state who can reach a partner lab and wants two broad blood panels a year, tracked in one app. | An adult outside Hawaii and New York who won't visit a lab and wants to retest a focused panel every one to six months. |
|---|
| Main trade-off | The retest covers fewer markers, the plan auto-renews at the then-current rate, and the fee is refundable only in a one-time window that closes 7 days after first results or 45 days after joining, whichever comes first. | Each kit tests one small panel, and SiPhox won't refund a billing period once its kit ships. |
|---|
| Key specifications | - Biomarkers: 150+ across both draws: 100+ in the baseline panel and 50+ in the retest
- Blood tests per year: 2: a baseline panel, then a retest (the homepage says 3 to 6 months later)
- Sample collection: Blood draw at 2,000+ partner lab locations, or at home for $119 extra
- Turnaround: About 1 week. Superpower also says 10 days or less
- Membership terms: $349 a year ($599 in NY and NJ). Auto-renews at the then-current non-promotional rate, with no cancellation fee
- Care access: App with Superpower AI and an on-demand care team. Providers include licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists. The FAQ says the concierge replies within 1 business day
- Eligibility: 18 and older and located in the US. The FAQ says it isn't available in AK, AR, HI, LA, MS, ND, RI, SD or WY. The homepage's live-state list, though, includes AK, AR, LA, MS and RI and omits ME, MT, NH, VT and WV
- Laboratories: Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics or another third-party lab, since Superpower doesn't operate one. Its biomarker pages describe many assays as run in CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited labs
| - Included panels: One of four at no extra cost: Longevity Essentials, Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus or Heart & Metabolic. You can switch panels anytime
- Biomarkers: 25 per test on Longevity Essentials, which SiPhox says can be upgraded to up to 62
- Cadence and price: Monthly, quarterly or every 6 months. $124 to start, plus shipping and handling, with no monthly fees
- Sample collection: EasyDraw kit on the upper arm at home, about 5 minutes with 1:1 live support. Fasting 8–12 hours is strongly recommended
- Lab and turnaround: Same-day pickup for a CLIA-certified lab (SiPhox also shows a CAP badge). Results in 7–10 days. SiPhox doesn't name the lab
- Upgrades and add-ons: Ultimate 360 shows as +$125 and the GLP Optimization Panel as +$75, swapped in for an included panel. On Longevity Essentials, CBC is +$45 and IGF-1 is +$70. Adding both costs $100. SiPhox doesn't say whether these charges apply to every kit
- Eligibility: Adults 18 and older. Not yet offered in Hawaii or New York
- Payment: HSA/FSA eligible. SiPhox doesn't accept insurance

| Exact variant | Annual membership at $349 a year, with two blood tests (a baseline and a retest) plus app and care-team access. At-home draws and add-on diagnostics cost extra | Membership with one included panel (Longevity Essentials, Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus or Heart & Metabolic), self-collected at home with the EasyDraw upper-arm kit |
|---|
| Dimensions | Not applicable. It's a lab-testing membership with no device. | Not stated by the manufacturer. The pages checked don't give the EasyDraw kit's size or weight. |
|---|
| Installation | No installation. Blood is drawn at one of 2,000+ partner lab locations, or at home for $119 extra. | No installation. You collect the sample yourself from your upper arm with the EasyDraw kit. SiPhox says it takes about 5 minutes, with 1:1 live support, and uses no vein draw or fingerprick. The help center strongly recommends fasting 8–12 hours and testing within 30 minutes of waking. Kits ship within 3 days, and samples are picked up the same day for processing at a CLIA-certified lab. |
|---|
| Materials | Not applicable, since there's no hardware. The membership is two blood draws a year plus app and care-team access. | Not stated by the manufacturer. SiPhox doesn't name the device inside the EasyDraw kit or say how it draws blood. |
|---|
| Warranty | A membership has no product warranty. Superpower says it isn't a healthcare provider and that medical services come from third-party providers. Lab testing is done by Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics or another third-party laboratory. | No product warranty. The terms provide the service "as is" and "as available", and cap SiPhox's total liability at $100. SiPhox says it makes commercially reasonable efforts to analyze every biomarker in your panel. If results come back incomplete, it decides whether to send a replacement kit or give credit, and it may give neither. Expired kits can't be registered or replaced. |

| Returns | The Membership Agreement (effective September 15, 2026) offers a one-time Satisfaction Refund of 100% of the base membership fee for your initial term. The deadline to ask is 7 days after your results are delivered or 45 days after your start date, whichever comes first. It doesn't apply to renewals. It also doesn't apply to memberships obtained through an employer or as a gift, unless that channel's terms say otherwise. Apart from that refund, membership fees are non-refundable, and cancelling doesn't by itself earn one. Lab tests bought outside the membership can be refunded only if cancelled within 30 days of payment. Five specialty panels, including the Galleri test, are non-refundable. Imaging and functional testing must be cancelled within 60 days of payment and more than five business days before the appointment. Prescription products aren't refundable. Under the agreement, cancelling takes effect immediately. It ends concierge, marketplace and clinical access, though you keep read-only access to your data. The FAQ still says Superpower doesn't offer refunds. Its one exception is a refund before the first lab test if HSA/FSA reimbursement is declined. | SiPhox doesn't refund a billing period once its kit has shipped, and it doesn't take kits back. The refund policy says monthly panel payments are collected at the start of each billing period and aren't refundable. You can cancel under My Account in the portal or through support. To stop a pending shipment, email support before the kit is dispatched. Your benefits run to the end of the paid period, and you can move your next shipment date in the portal. |

| Unresolved questions | - Exact baseline and retest marker lists in your state (Superpower says included biomarkers vary by state)
- Which states are served. The FAQ excludes nine, but the homepage's list of live states includes Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Rhode Island and leaves out Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, Vermont and West Virginia
- Whether the $119 at-home fee applies to each draw
- Member prices for add-on diagnostics
- Whether access continues after you cancel. The homepage FAQ says the membership stays active through the end of the paid year, but the Membership Agreement says cancelling immediately ends concierge, marketplace and clinical access
- Which refund terms apply in practice. The FAQ says no refunds, but the Membership Agreement dated September 15, 2026 describes a one-time Satisfaction Refund
- Fasting and preparation requirements for each draw
- Whether the labs' CLIA and CAP status matches CMS or CAP listings (not checked)
| - Whether every kit costs $124, or only the first
- The shipping and handling charge
- Biomarker counts for Thyroid Focus, Hormone Focus and Heart & Metabolic
- Which lab runs the tests, so its CLIA and CAP status can't be checked against CMS or CAP listings
- What device the EasyDraw kit uses, and whether it's FDA-cleared
- How upper-arm results compare with standard lab draws, since the FAQ asks "Is the SiPhox at-home test kit equivalent to standard labs?" but shows no answer
- How long a kit lasts before it expires
- Whether some kits use a fingerstick, which the Longevity Essentials page also describes
