Sanctuary 1 is a one-person full-spectrum infrared cabin that Clearlight says plugs into a standard 120V, 15A outlet. Its residential lifetime warranty covers parts and shipping. The catch: the price is quote-only, and a return costs a 25% restocking charge plus shipping.
There's no published price, labor is covered for 7 years rather than for life, and the 14.6A draw leaves little headroom on a 15A circuit.
Model reviewed: 1-person indoor full-spectrum infrared cabin, mahogany (basswood also offered), 120V/15A plug-in

Clearlight's product page listed no price on Oct 13, 2026. It showed a "Get Pricing" quote button, a "Save $600" Early Black Friday Sale banner and free shipping. It also showed financing offers: $999 down with 18-month financing, and payments as low as $138 per month. None of these gives a list price, so no price is recorded.
A GOOD FIT FOR
A solo user with about 42.5 × 48.25 in of floor space who wants full-spectrum heaters running off a standard 120V, 15A outlet.
THINK TWICE IF
| Exact variant | 1-person indoor full-spectrum infrared cabin, mahogany (basswood also offered), 120V/15A plug-in |
|---|---|
| Heaters | Two 500 W True Wave full-spectrum heaters on the front wall. True Wave far-infrared heaters on the back wall, side walls, behind the calves and under the floor (count and wattage not stated) |
| Electrical | 120 V, 1,740 W, 14.6 A. Plugs into a 120 V, 15 A outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug |
| Capacity | Built for 1 adult |
| Weight | 425 lb |
| Operating temperature | 115–125°F, per Clearlight's FAQ, which says cabins typically reach that range even when set to 150°F. Another FAQ answer says 115–130°F. Neither figure is given for this cabin specifically |
| Controls and extras | Digital keypad (temperature, time, lights, heater intensity, reservation mode), smartphone control, Bluetooth/AUX audio and charging station, 12-color chromotherapy. Red light therapy upgrade available |
| EMF | Marketed as low EMF/ELF. The product page says the heaters "cancel out both EMF and ELF." Clearlight's FAQ says True Wave heaters measure less than 1 mG when tested directly on the heater. No test standard, lab or report is named. |
| Dimensions | Exterior 42.5 W × 48.25 D × 77 H in. Interior 37.5 W × 45.5 D × 72.5 H in. Bench 35.5 W × 21.75 D × 19 H in. It weighs 425 lb. If you build it into an enclosed space, Clearlight recommends leaving 4 in around the sauna. |
| Materials | Mahogany or basswood. Clearlight calls it furniture-grade natural wood and notes that grain and color vary from cabin to cabin. |
It plugs into a standard 120 V, 15 A household outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The product page doesn't say it needs a dedicated circuit. Shipping is advertised as free. The sauna arrives by freight with lift-gate service at a scheduled delivery appointment, and someone 18 or older must sign for it. Clearlight says two people usually assemble it in about 1 to 1.5 hours with a screwdriver and the included Allen wrench. Its FAQ says 1 to 3 hours. Clearlight offers installation service in some areas but doesn't state a price.
Clearlight says its residential Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the entire sauna for as long as you own it. That means the heaters, control panels and electrical components, wood cabin, audio and chromotherapy lighting. Parts and shipping are covered for life, but labor isn't. The warranty page says labor is covered for an initial period without giving its length. The Sanctuary owner's manual, which lists Sanctuary 1, sets labor at 7 years for indoor home use in the US and Canada. The manual counts coverage from the purchase date. It also says the warranty can't be transferred without written consent from Sauna Works, which issues it. Commercial use falls under a 5-year warranty. The warranty page says registration is automatic when the sauna ships. The manual instead asks you to register within 30 days of purchase.
Clearlight calls it a "30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy," but a return isn't free. You have 30 business days from receipt and need a return authorization (RMA). The sauna must be in new or like-new condition, with undamaged original packaging and all manuals. Clearlight deducts a 25% restocking charge and the original shipping charges. If the sauna shipped under a free or discounted shipping promotion, that means the actual freight cost. You also pay return shipping. Custom, private-label and non-standard models are non-refundable. Orders canceled before shipment are fully refunded. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Sanctuary 1 is a one-person full-spectrum infrared cabin in mahogany or basswood. Clearlight says it plugs into a standard 120 V, 15 A outlet, but its rated 14.6 A draw uses nearly all of that outlet's rating. There's no list price, so you have to request a quote. The residential limited lifetime warranty covers parts and shipping for as long as you own the sauna. Labor is covered for 7 years, according to the owner's manual. Returns carry a 25% restocking charge plus shipping costs.
