Split King comes with two Twin XL fitted sheets, and no Twin XL or Split King measurements are listed. |
| Installation | Nothing to install. Parachute's percale care guide says to wash in cool water, not cold or hot, with half the usual amount of a mild liquid detergent. Tumble dry on low with the dryer half loaded, using dryer balls instead of dryer sheets. Take the sheets out while slightly damp and put them straight on the bed. Skip fabric softener, and if you need bleach, use a non-chlorine one. Avoid ironing, or iron on low heat while the sheets are still damp. The guide suggests washing every 7 to 10 days. | Nothing to install. Cozy Earth's care steps: machine wash cold with a gentle detergent, skip fabric softener and bleach, and tumble dry on a regular cycle. Shake the sheets out between washer and dryer and take them out slightly damp. Slight shrinkage may occur over a few wash cycles. A subtle sheen at first may fade with washing. |
| Materials | 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton in a percale weave, made in Portugal and designed in LA. Parachute describes the fabric as lightweight and durable with a crisp finish, and its care guide says it gets softer with age. No thread count is given. The FAQ says thread count isn't the best measure of quality. The page lists OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate 16.HUS.93300 from Hohenstein HTTI. | 100% bamboo viscose (Cozy Earth also calls it viscose from bamboo) in a sateen weave. The FAQ says the thread count is high but gives no number, and no fabric weight is published. The page says the fabric is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified but shows no certificate number. |
| Warranty | Parachute doesn't publish a warranty for its sheets, and neither the product page, the FAQ nor the refund policy mentions one. The FAQ says to report damage or a suspected manufacturer's defect to Customer Experience within 7 days of receiving your order. You'll need the original proof of purchase and photos of the problem. | Cozy Earth says every Bamboo Sheet Set has a 10-year warranty against pilling, abnormal rips and tears, and workmanship defects. The page also carries final-sale notices for overstock and last-chance items: "Exchanges, returns, & warranties not allowed." One color, Baja Stripe in Laurel, has a Last Chance badge. The page doesn't say whether any other colors are final sale. |
| Returns | Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Returns by mail or at a Happy Returns Bar cost a flat $8. Returns in a Parachute store or for store credit are free. Refunds go to your original payment method and take 10 to 14 business days to process. Shipping fees aren't refunded. Exchanges are only for the same product in another color, so a wrong size goes back as a return. Color exchanges are free by mail or at a Happy Returns Bar, but stores don't do exchanges. Final sale items can't be returned. Neither the policy nor the FAQ says whether washed sheets qualify. | The product page advertises a 100-day trial and free shipping on US orders of $100 or more. Overstock and last-chance items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Baja Stripe in Laurel is the only color with a Last Chance badge. |
